The process:

Based on a tiered approach, (which saves time and costs) we initially focus on work options from the client’s previous experience and transferable skills only with a Vocational Skills Assessment (TSA).
A full Vocational Assessment, which includes formal testing and a detailed report, can be conducted if there are limited transferrable skills, or complex issues.
A Full Vocational Assessment report is presented with an executive Summary at the beginning of the report for easy use for key stakeholder’s reference.
